Our Young People Matter
Launch Pad Youth Activity & Technology Centre is a regional not-for profit centre that promotes the positive skill development of youth 12 - 18 years of age. The centre encourages youth to gain the skills they need to become active and contributing members of their communities. We offer a wide range of skills in a fun and creative environment.
Strengthening our community through skills development.
We look to community members, who have an invested interest in supporting our youth and the success of their futures, to be partners in this campaign. We want to show young people they matter - their attitude and perception about life, opportunity and their role in our future matters!
Want to help us?
Launch Pad has been fortunate to receive community support from all levels of government, various foundations, local employers and community members for specific initiatives that we deliver. However, it is the day-to-day operations cost that are the most difficult to cover and maintain every year.
We need to show our youth there is a welcoming place in their community and we are committed to the betterment of their future - ensuring we have done all that we can to enhance their employability, and therefore their future opportunities.
Launch Pad is guided by our executive and board of directors who are comprised of experienced professionals from Grey and Bruce Counties.
